The last time I tried watching one as I became a teenager, I was bored silly. I loved the Bond films as a kid, but in all honestly can't remember beans of them these days. His descriptive passages are a spectacle, baby. Those folks who say they can read Fleming's descriptions of household items like refrigerators and boxes full of cheese all day aren't kidding.
